Malcom Gladwell's latest book is basically a focus on tipping points for negative events. The "overstories" center on "superspreaders" that have feed epidemics in disease, crime, greed, racism, and addiction. Sometimes it takes 25% to be heard, 35% to make a change, or a very small percentage to do tremendous harm. He explains how we can identify these negative actors, sometimes unknowing, and minimize the damage.
